Description

Maître Vidhi Chhariya, yogi et praticien ayurvédique venu d'Inde rien que pour vous, vous propose plusieurs ateliers de Yoga et Ayurvéda. Il enseigne depuis plus de 20 ans et dans plus de 40 pays.
Le 8 Mai de 11h à 13h : atelier de yoga consacré à 12 postures de bases, à la respiration yogique et à la méditation Vipassana. En savoir plus
Le 14 Mai de 11h à 13h : atelier sur l'Ayurvéda consacré à la beauté et la santé, aux soins de la peau et des cheveux, et à la méditation. En savoir plus
Du 15 au 22 Mai : cycle de 20h d'atelier de yoga et ayurvéda consacré au mal de dos et aux moyens de le guérir et le prévenir sur le long terme.
Les ateliers se feront en anglais. Des notions de base en anglais devraient suffire pour suivre ces ateliers.

DESCRIPTION

This is an essential 20-hour medical yoga workshop that will introduce participants to healing Back Pain and Back Issues naturally using the traditional practice of Ayurveda, Yoga Asanas, Breath Yoga and Meditation. The workshop is one of its kind in the world and also introduces you to :

1. The root causes of Back Pain,
2. Understanding the role of Diet and Water
3. Changing in Diet in order to address your Back Problem
4. Practising & understanding 12 basic asanas to first reduce pain, heal spinal issues, develop strong muscles supporting the lower back, and develop painless flexibility and movement
5. Know what to do in order to tackle reduce and heal back pain even in the absence of a medical practitioner and develop more flexibility in your hips and lower back area.
6. Learn Breath Yoga for reducing inflammation in the body and increasing peace of mind.
7. Learn Meditation to increase energy in Chakras, reduce pain and inflammation of the body.
8. Understand the use of Props and how to use them for self Yoga workout at home.

This workshop is divided in 18 hours of workshop and 2 hours of offline exercises that will be given to participants for doing at home before coming for the classes and also some one on one consultation with each participant.

350€/person

The full payment is due before the workshop starts.
You can pay in two installments of 175€. 

REQUIREMENTS

Essential Requirements

Round Neck or well-fitted cotton / sports T-Shirts
Cotton / lycra well-fitted shorts or leggings.
For the purpose of the workshop loose clothing is not allowed since well-fitted clothing is vital for the teacher to notice body movement and alignment.

Non Essential Requirements

Vitamin D test Report
Any medical report in regards to back pain, MRI's or Spinal Scans.
